Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian sport which involves a team of pupils learning routines choreographed to music. As a sport it encourages physical development, coordination, self discipline and team spirit. As an Art it develops an thankfulness of music and rhythm, the beauty of line and the excitement of presenting on stage. Congratulations to the students who presented for Pupil Skill Exams! We are so proud of everyone. Our coaches are registered Level 1 Calisthenic Coaches who strive to maintain a lofty standard with their teams. They instill in their students the importance of team work and attaining to be the best they can be, in a safe and merriment environment. We would like to congratulate them on their solid work, dedication and their outstanding efforts!
